1. Subscription Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. After the 14-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable.

2. Marketplace Purchases

Products purchased through the MindGrow marketplace are subject to the following refund conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original, unused condition.
  • Digital products and services are non-refundable once delivered.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

3. Coin Purchases

Coins purchased through the platform are non-refundable once credited to a child's account. However, if a technical error occurs during the purchase process, we will investigate and resolve the issue.
